REGISTER by mail: Download our 2012 brochure for an application form and mail it to PO Box 644, Gibsons BC, V0N 1V0

Applications will be held and opened at random starting at 9am on January 16, 2012. If a workshop is overbooked at that time, a draw will be made and unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a wait list. Telephone applications will be received from 10am on January 16, 2012.

PAYMENT: the fee for each workshop is $475 (Canadian). Payment in full or a deposit of $150 must be made at the time of application – the balance to be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the workshop. If payment in full has not been received by this time, registration will be forfeited. Fees cover tuition only.

A 10% discount will apply to students who register for more than one workshop.

Payments are refundable up until four weeks before the class, but a processing fee of $30 will be retained. If a workshop is cancelled, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Registrants are responsible for any expenses incurred for cancelled travel arrangements. Please do not bring your pets to class.

THE BARBARA BRADSHAW BURSARY:  Barbara Bradshaw was an artist and long-time member of the Gibsons School of the Arts, dedicated to improving the skill of artists.  In her memory, her family has generously donated a bursary to cover the tuition fees for one of the classes offered in 2012.  Applications for this bursary must be received by mail or email by March 15, 2012. Bursary Application Form

LOCATION: Each workshop runs from 9am to 4pm in the Arts Building, 464 South Fletcher Road, Gibsons, BC.

ACCOMMODATION: a wide variety of accommodation is available in the Gibsons area. For more information see our area information page.

Registrants to each workshop are invited to a Sunday evening reception. You meet at the Arts Building at 7 pm. Students are encouraged to bring materials and choose their space before the car pool to the reception location where they will meet and socialize with the instructor and fellow students.
