2021 Workshop REGISTRATION

NOTE that (as of April 13) only 2 workshops have available spots. Before registering, please check the workshops page to be sure your desired class still has available space.

DATES and FEES

Registration for Gibsons School of the Arts 2021 summer workshops is still open.

The class fee is $550. Please note that when taking multiple workshops, there will be a discount of 10% offered for 2nd and subsequent workshops.

Payment in full must be made at the time of application. Fees cover tuition only.

Payments are refundable up to four weeks before the class, but a processing fee of $30 will be retained. If a workshop is canceled, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Registrants are responsible for any expenses incurred for canceled travel arrangements.

Please indicate if you have an alternate choice in the event that your first choice class is unavailable. Please be clear and specific about the class which is your alternate choice. Note that only 2 workshops currently have available space.

 

HOW to REGISTER

Registration can be completed by email (preferred) or conventional mail. Note that registration is not completed (i.e., your space is not assured) until payment is received.

Many workshops fill up quickly. If a workshop is full when your application is received, you will be placed on a wait list.

Register by email

1. Download the registration form: download

2. Complete the form and email it to: gsaregisternow@gmail.com

Follow the instructions on the form. Note that you can type information directly into the fields of the pdf form.

3. Payment is by credit card (do not send credit card information by email), e-transfer or cheque. See the payment instructions below.

Register by regular mail

1. Download the registration form: download

2. Complete the form, print and mail it to:

           PO Box 644, Gibsons BC, V0N 1V0

 Note that you can type information directly into the fields of the pdf form.

3. Payment is by credit card (do not send your credit card information by email), e-transfer or cheque.

PAYMENT

Pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa)

Registering by email: Please do NOT send credit card information by email; emails are not securely protected. If you indicate payment by credit card, we will contact you for your credit card information.

Registering by regular mail: Complete credit card information on the Registration Form and we will charge your credit card for payment.

Pay by e-transfer

Payment can now be made by e-transfer.

1. Add Gibsons School of the Arts as a new recipient.

2. Use the email address gsaregisternow@gmail.com

3. The transfer is automatic — no question or password is required.

4. In the message area, please list your name as well as the workshop(s) you are paying for.

Pay by cheque

Include your cheque with the mailed application form.
