About the workshop

Media: your preferred medium (oils, water soluble oils or acrylics)

Levels: experienced beginners and intermediate painters

Learn to paint with confidence using a limited palette of warm & cool colours.

In this 5-day workshop Sheree will guide you through simple steps to making a good landscape painting — from choosing your subject — to editing and designing a solid composition — to executing the actual work.

You will learn how the understanding & use of shape, value, colour temperature and edges are essential concepts to improving your painting skills.

Paint in your preferred medium (oils, water soluble oils or acrylics) and open yourself up to new and exciting possibilities.

There will be demonstrations, several colour mixing and value exercises and plenty of one on one instruction.

About the artist

Sheree is an artist and oil painter in North Vancouver, BC.

She has been passionate about her art since “the age of crayons”.

An active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, her work can be found in numerous collections around the globe.

She leads workshops in her personal teaching studio and on painting adventures both internationally and throughout BC.

A respected teacher & mentor, Sheree’s enthusiastic energy brings inspiration to all who come to work with her.
